Hi all,

Our Security team are planning to delegate a simple user on a regular basis to only change the passwords of users who have forgotten them. This has followed a new decision in our organisation which is to change all the Teradata passwords every month. As the security team used to do this job, they have had "DROP USER" privilege, but we don't want to grant all this privilege to the delegate user for users safety logons.

Any idea, issue are welcome. Thanks in advance
