Thanks for the info.

When I try your step 2-, Using the insert button, I get the following message. Is this just my machine or is this a general problem?

"The instruction at "0x0000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000" The memory could not be "read".

Also there is a subsequent error message:

"The instruction at "0x7c5737ec" referenced memory at "0x20544547" The memory could not be "written".

I have tried this 3 times. including a reboot!!

Any ideas????
