I am running a BTEQ (a simple Teradata select) from a UNIX script and redirecting the output (stdout) to a file (bteq > "/home/user/report.txt").

My problem is that the results are truncated after column 72. Would anyone know of a way to get UNIX to redirect to full text length (beyond 72 characters) of the query's results?
