Thats the way it is done at all companies that I know of. NCR software (besides NT , W2K) is not customer installable. I have been questioned
on the same thing by my people where I work. I have questioned NCR on numerous occassions. The answer is.....our software is not designed to be
customer installable at this time. We are working toward that goal.
