The warning messages are logged in the dbc.dbqlogtbl. If DBQL is enabled and a query is in violation then TDQM rejects the query, returns an error message to the originating session, and inserts a timestamped row in the DBQLogTbl, populating the ErrorCode and ErrorText fields to indicate the type of TDQM rejection. This is in the Database Administration manual. There is a bug in the 5.0 TDQM Administrator that will allow you to link Performance Groups to Query Resource Rules. Even though it allows you to do this, the link is still invalid. It allows you to link them using the copy/paste method.
