Maybe dumb question about Global Temporary Tables.

You have:

      Database D      1/2gig temp
      User A          200gig temp

You have Global Table X defined in Database D

User A adds rows to Table X as defined in Database D

Where is the Temp space for Table X actualized if User A is executing the insert? In Database D or User A?
