They do the same thing at my site. Suggestion? Don't do it a record at a time, fergit the ODBC "cube load". Try using FastExport as an
example (and yes, Cognos Ergo Waste Resources can load from flat files), and you'll see the difference. Otherwise you could pay for an expensive
LAN upgrade. But why pay for a firehose if you're not going to bother to turn up the spigot?
