Ok.. Got a little brain teaser for the list. I have a way to work it, but it certainly is not efficient.

Data:

Customer has 1 or many Products (up to 5 total)

Product has 1 or many account numbers (no limit)

Accounts can have a status of active or cancelled

Report:

List by customer, product mix (see below) and status - Active, Cancelled, Mixed (active + cancelled in multiple instances)

Product mix (illustrative)

A only
B only
...etc...
A,B
A,C
...etc... A,B,C,D,E

So, it is necessary to reclassify at the customer level if it qualifies as Active in one product and Mixed or Cancelled in another the status of Mixed overall.

This would work great in a multi-dimensional cube, however I have to process this in SQL.

Any creative suggestions?
