Can anyone help me in finding the week-ending-date for a given date?

for eg :-

The week-ending-date

For 04-Feb-2004 Is 07-Feb-2004
For 31-Oct-2003 Is 01-Nov-2003
For 30-Oct-2003 Is 01-Nov-2003
