Hello chris,

As my opinion you have two choice regarding to make such type security

A) Create view for deferent parameter, the user will able to access only selected data.

B)Create hierarchy to select the data and map with your reporting tool (This approach will applicable when You don't want use views and OLAP tool support this I work with Business object and it will works).
