There is an option in Queryman to fix the database by "compacting database" off the tools menu. Sometimes this works to fix bad Queryman mdb.

If you have access to the ACCESS program (ACCESS 2000 probably should work), try opening the database and Fix it using it's ability. Sometimes the database gets corrupted and must be fixed.
