The Out Of Spool Error came because of the use of Derived Tables inside the query and not due to hardware upgrade.. The query used to work fine in V2R4.1 but gave out of spool error in V2R5.0 because their is no spooling of Derived Tables data, which has caused a bad JOIN plan.
