Hi,

The default BOX is dbc (dbccop1), unless otherwise stipulated in the CLISPB.dat file.

i_dbcpath=box


just define dbccop1 as an alias to the Box you want to connect to by default and

.logon id


will choose that box by default.

Most systems define dbccop1 as an alias on the local machine.

127.0.0.1 localhost dbccop1


and therefore default to the local machine.
