Hi Victor,

Definitely not nice !

Don't forget that when you UNION multiple answer sets together corresponding columns (e.g. the first column in each select list) have to have the same datatypes. I'm guessing that latin and unicode CHAR columns would be treated as different'datatypes' in this circumstance.

Good luck with your (very extensive !) testing.
