Our plan is this:

Take backup1 - Full database excluding some tables.

Take backup2 - Backup those tables which were excluded in backup1.

To restore the we will use backup1 and then for restoring the excluded tables we will use backup2.

Hopefully that sounds good enough and we will have all our data plus tables back or do we need to take extra precaution somewhere?
