I believe the syntax is

Imp username/password@tnsname fromuser=userdmpcamefrom
tofile=usertodmpto file=c:\dumpfile

This is run from the command prompt...

You will need to know the dump files user or tablespace that it was dumped from... To dump a file the syntax is...

Exp username/password@tnsname

Then I follow the prompts... (it has been awhile)
