Check exactly what level of PTDBMS you're on.

There's a new tech alert (#709) that has recently been issued which refers to an optimizer bug which produces skewed spool files. This is documented as only affecting v2r5, specifically PTDBMS 05.00.00.27 to .29 and PTDBMS 05.00.01.12 to .15.
