Subj:   Re: Multiple Sessions

From:   Geoffrey Rommel

When logging on to multiple sessions using Fastload, Bteq, Arc etc, why does it appear that one session has significant CPU activity, and the others have little activity or are idle?

Dave W. is right about BTEQ. As for the rest, I recently tried to gather some statistics on the CPU usage of multiple FastLoad and MultiLoad sessions. To my surprise, I found that the CPU usage for network sessions (from Unix machines) was recorded in PMon but not in DBC.Acctg. CPU usage does appear, however, for mainframe sessions. Weird, huh?
