I am trying to set up a Windows TDQM server. I created user dbqrymgr, but I am getting the following error when I try to start the server:

Table/view/trigger 'global_params' does not exist.

I can't find this object referred to in the TDQM Administrator's Guide. Can anyone point me in the right direction? We are on V2R3.
