It looks as if CLI has a message and is expecting to write it to a message file (why, I don't know). It is probably one of these two:

CLI0220 ANSI Date Form option is not supported by the Teradata server (pretty likely, if your server uses DateForm Integer)

or

220 EM_DBC_CRASH_A DBC connection lost (Network or DBC problem)
