Lets say I have 20 users owned by the owner SYSDBA so is it like, that :

the spool space of SYSDBA = sum of the spool space of all the users under the database SYSDBA.

If this is true, then if I reduce the spool space of one of the users, I should be able to reallocate that space to the rest of the users?

Am I thinking on the right lines.
