We had no problems using archive on V2R4.0 and Copy to restore on V2R5.0 with the following exceptions:

1. Join Indices on the tables being archived cause problems. If at all possible, either drop the Join Indices before you archive them or be prepared to create the tables anew and drop the copied tables afterwards.

2. Stored Procedures had to be recompiled.

I can think of no other issues.
