That setting is in the DBSCONTROL general fields (MAXLOADTASKS). The limit is 15 concurrent load/unload utilities (MLOAD,FEXP,FLOD). The default is 5 if it never has been changed.

TENACITY and SLEEP settings within each of the utilities control the error (TENACITY controls the duration (hours) of the re-polling and SLEEP controls the interval between retries (minutes)).

For Example:

TENACITY 5 SLEEP 10 - Retry every 10 minutes for up to 5 hours in hopes of an open slot.

The defaults are:

TENACITY 4 SLEEP 6
