We load the days data into teradata every night via cron job. I have had several jobs where part of the load is to drop a table,
rebuild it, then load data into it. Several times I have had user sessions that have been running large queries against the table which
has caused the load job to fail. Does anyone have a method of checking and removing user locks on a table which would prevent this from
happening?
