I tried with another DB2 tool "getstats" to collect statistics. this tool allows to collect statistics directly on the nicknames. So we do not need to drop and re create nickname after "collect statistics" to re-populate them.

And with this tool, I obtained the good results (100 rows). So why Teradata doesn t send statistics when I used the other way (drop nicknme, collect statistics on the table, re create nicknames)?
