I have a customer running a MULTILOAD via his PC thru our network into Teradata and is getting the following error:

**** 12:54:00 UTY0817 MultiLoad submitting the following request:
     CHECKPOINT LOADING;
**** 12:54:08 UTY1802 Processing Import Sequence 1, Source Sequence 100000.
**** 12:54:20 UTY1802 Processing Import Sequence 1, Source Sequence 200000.
**** 12:54:30 UTY1802 Processing Import Sequence 1, Source Sequence 300000.
**** 12:54:41 UTY1802 Processing Import Sequence 1, Source Sequence 400000.
**** 12:54:55 UTY1802 Processing Import Sequence 1, Source Sequence 500000.
**** 12:56:31 UTY0805 RDBMS failure, 8018: The session id is illegal.

**** 12:56:31 UTY1803 Import processing statistics
     .                                     IMPORT  1     Total thus far
     .                                     =========     ==============

**** 12:56:31 UTY1804 Re-starting this MultiLoad task because a retryable error occurred.

It will retry itself a couple of times then abend each time on this error?? The RDBMS doesn't fail, so not sure what the error message is telling me.

Anyone got any ideas??
