You should NOT have to escalate issues with the account manager to get truthful answers. The problem lies in the corporate culture at EMC. Only after the issue was esclated to the account manager, did we get an truthful answer. This was after we proved beyond any doubt that the FATAL VPROCS were caused by EMC hardware failure.

While you doubt you'll install LSI DASD at Fortune 100 companies... Many of them already use them. For example, THE world's largest retailer with over 100 billion dollars in annual revenue use LSI? Do you think they made a bad choice?
