Hello all,

Has anybody implemented Teradata CRM? or have any idea about the product. what is the architecture, implementation issues involved? any information related to this is welcome.

In addition, I have following questions.

1.Teradata CRM is a packaged solution which requires enterprise DW as back end. Is it anyway related with DW loading process?

2.Does Teradata CRM have any ETL component for loading data from source systems to target DW?

3.Is decision of ETL tool selection for DW loading any way related with Teradata CRM implementation?

4.Which application server Teradata CRM normally uses?

5.Can Teradata CRM work with IBM Weblogic application server?

6.Interface of Teradata CRM with any EAI tool. Which EAI tools work well with Teradata?
