I have the TTU 6.2 disc in hand, and tried to fin command line version of BTEQ is for running in the command window of Windows (what used to be called "MS-DOS" in the old days). I can use the older version (TUF 6.1) I suppose, but was wondering if this functionality has ceased to exist or been moved or whatever. Anybody know where the heck it is?

So, ok, this was a dumb question. What I MEANT to ask (how's that for weaseling?) was the following. We tried to load BTEQ off of TTU 6.2 onto Windows XP, and it didn't show up on the list of available selections. But it did with TUF 6.1.1, so we installed that. The question is:

1) Is there going to be a BTEQ beyond TUF 6.1.1 that will run on XP?

2) Is running the BTEQ from TUF 6.1.1 when everything else on the XP box is from TTU 6.2 a good idea? I suspect not.

Anyway, not that I've got a REAL question, maybe it won't get ignored like the last one deserved to be.
