NPARC is a service from Teradata PS. They come in with a complete team of PS and CS, cables and software. In many cases they can have the whole system moved in a few hours with no tapes. It is not a solution that can be offered as an off-the-shelf product. The team needs the knowledge, hardware and software to do it correctly and quickly.

Is this NPARC utility something we can buy, like Fastload or Multiload, or a service provided by Teradata PS?

It seems to me that, if it is as good as they said, it should be part of the standard set of utilities. After all we all have (or at least wanted to) different Teradata environments for Production, Test and Development.
