System Architect (from Popkin Software) is a more complete CASE tool that allow you model processes, data and different concepts using different strategies.

It also has LDM and PDM capabilities and will also work with Teradata, but just as Erwin, it won't generate proper syntax for PI, SI or JI. With SA, I had to write some VBA code to solve the problem. With Erwin, you can create your own internal macro, to and UDP (If you really need it) to generate perfect DDL for Teradata.

After used both tools, and with my current requirements, I prefer System Architect, because the flexibility of modify definitions (more advance that Erwin's UDPs) and the capability to link Data Model with Business Process, Organization Charts and Business Requirements using a framework (like the Zachman framework). Of course VBA code is a little bit more difficult than Erwin Macros, but having an Open object model make things easy if you want to add new/specific functionality to the product.
