1. I hear that it only runs under UNIX, is this true? W2K, MP-RAS & (haven't tried it but) with TTU6.2 also Solaris Sparc2.8 & HP-UX 11 (both 32 bit)

2. If so, can any UNIX user run it, or does it have to be an administrative user, like ROOT? any UNIX user

3. What is the name of the executable?

tbuild -f filename
