Hi,

You could attempt something similar to the example quoted in "Teradata RDBMS SQL Reference Volume-6" on Dynamic SQL statements within a stored procedure

Thanks for the reply, I have tried this and I got an error message about not having permissions to run 'DDL/DCL/Dynamic SQL'.

So, what type of permissions do I need to have to do this? I saw in the documentation that a Stored Procedure can run DDL if it's created in the database of the creating user, does this apply to Dynamic SQL also?

Gracias
