I don't think there's a way right now of getting what you want. The best you'll do is trapping the query going into the dbms and coming out of the dbms, but do that trapping as near to the dbms (physically and logically) as possible. In v2r5 the db query log will give elapsed time (on the dbms), but I believe only down to whole seconds.
