I do not recommend any of the Ralph Kimball books as he is so pro star-schema (read "highly-denormalized") database implementations. Not that I am anti-Dimensional modeling, it is just that Teradata is so "normalized" friendly, that it makes more sense to implement properly designed "Business Models" rather than "application specific" - data mart type schemas as he proposes.

You should at least have "The Teradata Database, Implementation for Performance" by Brian Marshall in you repertoire of reading material...
