On your pc there should be a file called 'hosts' (no extension). Depending on the version of windows it'll typically be in one of the following locations:
If there isn't one then it means that you're using dns, i.e. the hosts file is held on a dns server. You'll need to talk to your lan admin person to heck what the hosts file includes.
