Have your data demographics changed? Sometimes we notice that data (for instance our Diet Coke brand is very popular and brand/package would be a key to one of our tables.....) builds up on an disk after a "Holiday Sale" and causes spool for that AMP to be blown.....where as the other AMPS may have enough spool.....

We run a monthly skew monster job that shows us how badly data is skewed then we check it against previous skew.....is your data badly skew'd?
