ABOUT BPUG FOR TERADATA:
The purpose of the BEZ Performance User Group (BPUG) for Teradata is to create a forum that enables Teradata Database Administrators (DBAs), Performance Analysts and Systems Administrators to discuss their real-life performance tuning and capacity planning experiences. By sharing both successes and failures, BPUG for Teradata participants will help each other ensure they meet or exceed their Teradata performance goals.
BPUG for Teradata conference calls are vendor neutral and sales free. This means that participants will be allowed to discuss any Teradata vendor solutions that assist them in their Teradata tuning and capacity planning efforts, but vendors (including BEZ Systems) will not be allowed to elaborate on their own solutions unless specifically asked to do so by a customer. Comments regarding any vendor solutions should be both as constructive and accurate as possible.
The target audience of our BPUG conference calls is nearly anyone working closely with Teradata performance tuning, performance management or capacity planning.
We have already registered over 250 top Teradata performance experts as members of BPUG for Teradata.
We are very excited about assisting Teradata customers in sharing their performance expertise and experiences with each other. To register for BPUG for Teradata, please call Liz Carr at (312) 641-2200, or register on our web site at www.bpug.org. If you feel anyone else at your organization would be interested in joining BPUG for Teradata or participating on our conference calls, please feel free to forward this e-mail to them! Thank you
