We're considering Teradata for a new project (our first use of Teradata). We like the NCR hardware and software, but Oracle left a
better impression with us than NCR. In comparing Oracle and Teradata, can you compare your experiences with the two vendors? Things like
support, reliability, how upgrades are done, how quick are problems fixed, costs, etc.
