It depends on what are your requirments and what are you trying to do. Do you have any requirments or business scenarios?

Presently many small and medium scale datawarhouses are based on oracle! Whereas large datawarhouses in retail, insurance and telecommunication companies are implemented in teradata!

Any thoughts on this?
