Those who know me will be unsurprised that I say, "MKS is a very fine tool, but why not just install Perl?"
Also, let me suggest setting up multiple accounts with cron allow. I'm advocating exactly that for our overfull crontab problems. (And
if I were root on those application nodes, it'd already be that way--but that's another story.)
