Subj:   What I found out about my NCR@YourService problem

The good news is that my local representative took less than twenty-four hours to get me the rather simple paperwork and then got me with the appropriate person to link my account so I can see what's happening with our systems.

The bad news is that it's going to take one to two weeks to get it linked, due to heavy demand.

The two questions I have are:

Considering I got my login and ID long ago last summer, why is it having to be diddled now?

Considering the high demand for ID linking, wouldn't it be a smart move to turn Support Link back on till the backlog has been cleared?
