I don't know specifically about the banking business. However, I do know what appeals to financial individuals....ROI. What you need to do (or re-do) is to show every dollar, cent, peso, etc. that would be SAVED or EARNED by using the Data Warehouse. From noticing trends in defaults, to detecting the success (or failure) of your promotions. I seem to remember hearing about a system (at a Teradata User Conferencing) where the data warehouse analysis brought out the fact that the customers they were trying to attract were NOT the most profitable and the trend actually pointed to a different customer base which was much more profitable.
