Subj:   Re: Deleting rows from tables

From:   Eric J. Kohut

Tom, Absolute best recommendation, but just to be clear for the list.

There are two delete functions in Multiload.

A DML delete function just like Insert, update, and upsert.

An MLOAD Delete. It uses a query to delete and the only downside is no PI queries and no join queries. It works very fast; between 30,000 and 120,000 rows / second / node. This can be faster than insert / select without the old rows.

Thanks,

Eric
