I appreciate the feedback:

I need to try and recreare the problem. Easier said than done though. The statement works most of the time. As for the data type formats: I would expect it to fail all the time if this were the case. I can rerun the job with the same input and it will work.

If it's data related - it's a selective failure!!!

I will test the Multiset option with the target table.
