Hi Susan:

There are a couple of ways to request only 10 rows:

1. In V2R3, you can add SAMPLE 10 to your SELECT and it will randomly select only 10 rows.

2. If using BTEQ: .set retlimit 10 - returns only first 10 rows

3. If using Queryman: Tools=>Options - Answer Set, change the Maximum number of answer set rows to return to 10
