Teradata ODBC is always too slow for data inserts. Until NCR decides to release an OLE DB driver (???) you have to use OLELoad under Windows, which is nice and fast for manual processing, or let OLELoad create the scripts for you. Fastload with AXS module (comes with OLELoad) seems to be significantly faster than FastLoad with materialized text file.
