To be honest I think you have to talk to NCR about this.
As a user you have no control over the definition of this table or the data that is inserted into it. The only thing you can do is to get help from NCR. Sorry, but there it is.
The only thing you may be able to do as an interim is to completely wipe out all information about the failed Mload job (the restart log, work table(s), error table(s) etc, sort out the target table(s)) and then re-submit it from scratch.
