Julie,

No ideas on what caused this, but you should be ok dropping the INDEX and re-creating it. You'll have to logon as DBC to do it, make sure you take a full backup before hand and that no-one else is logged on.

A possible alternative is to create a look-alike AccessRights table (no need for the NUSI), then;

- Ins/Sel all rows from dbc.accessrights to your lookalike

- Delete from dbc.accessrights (I'm hoping this will really empty the NUSI - check via dbc.tablesize)

- ins/sel from lookalike back to real dbc.accessrights

(These commands will again have to be issued as DBC, and it is probably easiest to issue them as a single MSR - that way you don't have to worry about missing accessrights for the final ins/sel etc etc).

Failing that, talk to NCR support.

Cheers,

Dave
