I have access to SupportLink and I can see & update my incidents (although I can't see everything that's in an incident, and the stuff that's "hidden" from me seems to be random rather than to make sense).
However - once the incident becomes interesting enough to become a DR, then I can't even see my own DR's, let alone anyone else's DR!!!
